MEET THE TEAM

"We are the SAN Pastry team and would like to introduce ourselves and what our product is all about. We are currently all enrolled in our last semester at Humber College for the baking and pastry arts program and we are all loving it. Our product is based on our cultural backgrounds Italian and Nigerian.

We wanted to create a dessert that best represent our background so we have created a ravioli-inspired dessert with Suya spices that consists of a savoury spicy classical cheese ravioli filling paired with a garlic mayonnaise dill sauce and a sweet limoncello ricotta cannoli filling with a raspberry basil sauce."
